i don't know why my weight is increasing day by day
110 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.8 kg a Week

If you caloric intake is the same or you maybe changed the ratio of macronutrients , maybe more carbs less fat it could be glycogen replenishment . Or your sodium intake gone bit high maybe water retention etc... Body weight is influenced (sorry for my bad english btw) by many factors fat , muscle , other tissue , water , glycogen . Also factor in stress levels . When im stressed i gain lot weight even if im restricting my calories , but when im relaxed on vacation etc i lose weight no matter how much i increase my macros .

The only way to really know is if you are tracking everything going in. I know it can be a pain BUT weighing/measuring all food and actually seeing in black and white what your numbers are is really the only way to be able to adjust what you are doing. Good Luck!

My suggestion, as well. You have let go of tracking, so perhaps if you reestablish that good habit, you will gain perspective and control.
