I'm weighing in today, because tonight I'm having dinner with mom & dad for mom's bday yesterday. If I'm lucky tomorrow's weight will also be a loss, but I won't bet on it!

CF class today:

It was a spin on the FRAN wod:

21 minutes total:

0 - 7 min:
8 - 6 - 4 - 2 (reps)
muscle ups & thrusters
I did ring rows & air squats (my left knee is a bit sketchy with weights)

7 - 14 min:
10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 (reps)
pull-ups & thrusters
Again I did ring rows & air squats

14 - 21 min:
12 - 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 - 2 (reps)
T2B & thrusters
I did hanging leg raises & air squats.

My poor legs will be so sore tomorrow, but it will be worth it!!!
