So this week I have been very rigid with my eating, and the scale has spoken! I have been doing my fasting too, which helps a lot, I feel better in myself and more comfortable than I have for a couple of weeks. I am working and doing lots of shifts, but being on a checkout only gives you a small amount of strength exercise, no walking about.
61.9 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
