I didn't get in all my steps yesterday but the plan has not changed. I need to work on execution...
70.6 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks for the Buddy request. Looks like we have the same 15 pounds to lose. Funny, I lost about 30 pounds also before I joined. My profile picture is me at a much lower weight, but I will get back to it! And with improved health and strength!
