I had a regret free weekend, didn't get the scale and I ate carbs on Sunday like a demon: Breakfast - (Diner with fam.) 1/2 western omelet, bacon strips, French toast with syrup, 1 toast with jelly, home fries. Lunch - Micky D's 1.99 smoothie special with vodka. Dinner - 1/2 burger on the bun with fries and 2 beers.

Still coming down week to week. Yo-Yo weight is a thing of the past. If I only stepped it up with my IF / LCHF plans.

No excuses. Getting results.
100.6 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had a trip to Cici's Pizza, Thankgod, I did not gain any weight, Close Call!!!! Good Job on losing 20.2 pounds so far ches!!!

Thanks MC, it's actually 38.2 since Jan 1 but I changed my diet and FS used 242 as the starting weight. No worries. I am having pizza this Thursday and 2 to X glasses of wine ONLY if I see 219 on the scale by Thurs morning. This will line me up for a Monday weight of 220 with my training and my intermittent shutting of my pie whole.

Thanks, wanna, kes @ Bill. I think applying some food discipline most of Saturday coupled with a 4 mile jog/walk/jog helped. Working on a 16:8 LCFH for today. One day, one bite at a time.

"No excuses. Getting results.".................That's what you have to keep telling yourself and then execute your plan. Smoothie with vodka? Interesting. What's in the smoothie special? I haven't eaten at McDonald's for at least 5-6 years. They have one here, but it's not the same as in the states.

Thanks 52C, HCB & Engeland. The smoothie special is a medium smoothie for $1.99. This promotion started after the medium frappe for $1.99 special ended. As for the ingredients in the smoothie, not sure, but when you put a shot of vodka in it, oh boy. Back to the weekday now and making it count again meal by meal.

@JJohnso "now kids, don't try this at home" been thinking "what if I combine..." all last week. Grind time this week until Thursday evening. No alcohol until then. Focus!
