Scale is being stubborn despite me being disciplined, everything logged. Bumping my calories up today to around 2000 to see if this does the trick. No running today, rest day. Happy Friday!

I think I will have to drop by carbs to under 30 per day for tomorrow and Sunday. By the way, the scale has budged in my favor since Monday just not as much as I wanted it to. Try, fail and adjust. I am living and don't want to stress my self with a too restrictive way of eating.

Thanks John. I'm considering moving my lunch to dinner and just drinking tea because I am not going at it hard today. I will figure it out.

Chess, have you considered Nonfat Greek Yogurt and a few berries for lunch. It will prevent that no lunch crash that is counter productive...

I keep seeing people bumping their calories to lose start losing weight again. I don't get it. I have not changed a single thing in two months and Im still dropping like a brick in a swimming pool. O_o Confused.

Hey Knuckles, I am changing up the game all the time. I am loosing weight weekly. I am just hard on my self want to see bigger losses. I am training for a second half marathon and my mileage is going up week and my diet is also changing. One thing that I enjoy is that I am more in control. For example. I do not come back on Monday's complaining about how I screwed up and defend weight gains over the weekend because that is not my case. Actually I relax with food logging over the weekend and usually coming in at a lower weight so this means I did something well. I am at a crossroads of sorts and have to figure this out. I expect to be a lower weight this Monday and I WILL figure it out. I am very happy for you. I had two high carb days on Monday and Tuesday and dropped them down Wed, Thu and today. There is a sweet spot that I am looking for and I am constantly tweaking. I have to find balance, I am not dropping my calories too low or carbs sub 20. Brother, keep up the good work, you have amazing results.
