yeah, thought I might not do this as have had a good few days this week at 1500-1700 calories a day instead of the 2100-1500 which is more normal. V happy dropped under the next stone bracket always a bonus.
95.0 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 28.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
