Hot here today. Enjoying it. Coworker who said I was abusing my body by calorie/carb cycling yesterday offered me a big piece of cheesecake. That's some fun!

I folded. I went to the stores staff room for my piece. I was looking forward to it. Someone else had eaten it. That was a close one on low carb day.
