wow very happy with that loss, weighed in on Thursday but didn't record it and looked like a three lb loss that I thought would all go wrong over the weekend, but this is brilliant.
96.1 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 29.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
