9st 3 bang on, 22.5% Fat (Tho this was 22.7 before I had a glass of water!?) Lost 1.5lb at WW. Well something seems to be working, even with a day of pigging out Monday, and several red days where I exceeded my cals. But most days I managed a deficit and that's the main thing. I'm not trying to lose at mo, whether it's eating more 'normal' food rather than diet foods or the (still very insignificant) strength exercises I've been doing, or just good luck I don't know, but I'm not complaining, as it gives me some leeway for the summer when I will easily swing back up again! I'll probably manage it even just this Thursday when I'm going to the star trek trilogy showing and traditionally take a few sharing packs of Revels (fatal!) with me :)
58.5 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
