I keep expecting to have put weight on but I'm steady.. I need to make more effort with exercise. family party tomorrow. hope I don't get carried away with the food and drink.
74.2 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You should be expecting to LOSE weight. Exercise is fine but you will lose more by diet.

Do little bit of exercise and combine it with a diet, it gives your toned body and you loose weight at the same time
