I've been reading through a lot of these people's blogs and realizing I'm a emotional eater. A few years ago I lost both my parents and a 30 year marriage went by the by. I had piled weight on whilst my parents illnesses progressed. Along came the heartbreak diet. I lost 2 stone pretty quickly . It took 3 yrs it's back.

I'm slowly losing it. I think I previously mentioned I have a hiatus hernia and I had a operation for a different reason . I don't know if these contributed to me putting weight back on or I've been eating all the wrong things the past couple of years. A lots changed in my life . I'm trying to get on track. My daughter made a comment tome.she wants her size 10 mom back so I will be happy again
