Putting off the new diet to Tuesday. This one's gonna hurt!

70gr carb max
180gr protein
6 gr fish oil
MCT or Coconut oil to hit 1400 calories if necessary.

I'll post stage two of this process on Friday evening/Saturday. You'll get to hear me whine from Tuesday until Friday. Today is another maintenance day. Since my cut has only been about 400 calories with sporadic maintenance days scattered throughout, my metabolism should be fine to try this style of dieting.

Someone mentioned Itsy Bitsy Spider. Lets go with Mary Had a Little Lamb instead. Mary Had A Little Lamb I use this song to show my students what you can do with something simple if you're willing to think outside the box.
