Considering I was worried about losing TOO MUCH weight since my surgery, up a pound is a plus.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 39.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

The referendum vote has left me flabbergasted. I never thought for a moment it would come about. I can see a time in the future where I can fly to Athens without a passport but need one to drive to Berwick On Tweed!!!!

@JockoT - myself as well. Will be watching what Scotland does with interest; but today, mostly, I feel rather sad about it all.
