Chugging along. Have been hitting the gym consistently and cycling most days. I would really, really like to be in the 180's by my cycling trip at the end of July, so that's my new short term goal. 189 by 7/20. Definitely do-able. Just gotta stay focused.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You know I LOVE me some goal setting! I am excited you will ride in Iowa. I have had friends who have done the ride and had a blast. I am in Minneapolis, so just a short drive down there...
