sugar droped yester day so i ate more than i should have going to drop my inslin a little so it wont drop that low any more but but a cople of lbs agin it will come back off agin have a great day
128.5 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
