I have put on a little and feel solid around my tummy area, so back to recording and intermittent fasting for a while. It's only a couple of lbs but I want to nip it in the bud before it becomes more. I have been monitoring my weight for over a week and it has stayed steady, so I don't think it is water weight. It's quite nice to be back on the old regime for a while, stupid, but I missed it haha. It may be the being in control part I missed, knowing exactly what I can or cannot have.

I am away for a few days in Cornwall visiting a friend, so eating will be different to when I am at home, but I am sure I can stay within my limits. Going to see Lionel Richie play at the Eden Project, so plenty of dancing to be done, might make up for some of the 'bending of the rules' that will happen. My friend is someone who eats what she wants, when she wants and stays so slender, she does not understand that I have to watch my eating ... lucky lady.
