9st 5.5 (1 off at WW) Glad of result. I'm trying to (very slowly) add some strength training to my routine but planks, press ups and pull ups are matters of very slow progress! But I'm sure beneficial in the long run, and certainly better than not doing anything! Had an Austen Society picnic today and got a couple of pix I'm really pleased with - I don't think I ever feel as pretty as when I'm in an Austen gown, it just makes me smile so!
59.6 kg Lost so far: 21.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
