We had our annual Family and Friends day at church yesterday. There was plenty of food. I stayed away from the four different potato salads and the couple of pasta salads offered. The brownies were tempting. I did eat a bit more bread than usual in the form of sandwich buns. The best part was that we ate so heavy but early during the day and we were so tired from the actives that we made it our dinner. All in all it was a good day and a nice part of the holiday weekend. Have a safe Memorial Day Everyone and watch those food choices...
