My last 14 days of day average weight loss. I've included my weigh ins. I do a 1 day average based on my 5 days lift/rest cycle. This is why I keep a spread sheet. My weight bounces, but my averages show stable losses. I can see it's slowing, but I'm not concerned. Again, it's a average days loss calculated on a 5 day period, so 7 days still has me losing at close to a pound a week. The calorie cycling is working. Should see a weight drop tomorrow since I've been at 187 or lower for most of those days. Also, today is my low cal day in the cycle. List is below the photo.

Espresso break time (if anyone missed it). 252 calories so far today. I'll have the espresso and then a quick power nap.

I've been drinking 4 shots of espresso at a time for years. I'm quite stimulus tolerant.

Oh my..........If I drink that now in my menopausal state I would be bouncing off the walls. I usually use espresso powder in my chocolate bake goods. It enhances the intensity of the chocolate. I can make some serious chocolate cupcakes. Ooops, did I say that on FS?
