We had dinner last night at an Asian Buffet. I ate way too much. Luckily, my weight was down a little bit yesterday morning. Maintenance is taking just as much effort as loosing those last ten pounds. Thank goodness for those last ten pounds. GOD is still GOD!!!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 14.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
