I have gained a little from last weigh in, but I think I now know what some of my weight swings are about. I have a problem with my pelvis tilting, have done for years. Well it got extremely painful recently, so I have been undergoing treatment to sort it. Unfortunately because I left it untreated for so long, it would appear I am not going to be a quick fix, my pelvis keeps dropping back out of alignment. So regarding my weight loss, it seems that when my pelvis is tilted, I have a little trouble going to the loo, when I happen it realigned I am back to normal functions and my weight drops back down again. So I have decided that I need to go back to office work, as my current job involves bending, lifting and twisting a lot while I give personal care to my client and hopefully my pelvis can be fixed and stay fixed. It is sad really, as I thoroughly enjoy my job, despite working for peanuts, but my health comes first as I want to be fit enough when I retire to behave badly in my dottage haha. Last week I was a couple of pounds heavier than I am this week, I will be getting treatment this week and hope to settle down in weight.
