I was doing so well losing weight until about February and now I seem stuck in this cycle. It's a bit strange and I'm not sure what tondo about it... Xx

I'd suggest taking a step back from trying to lose, make sure you weigh and record everything that passes your lips with supreme honesty, no matter how painful or embarrassing that may be and after a few weeks, see how you've done. You might find that the focus helps you lose anyway. Weigh what you think of as a normal portion of rice, for example and compare that with what various health websites suggest is a normal portion. It's not going to be easy, recording so meticulously is a pain in the arse until you get into the habit but it really is important. Best of luck, Jo 👍
