I am getting married in 7 weeks and have not been trying to lose weight as I promised myself I would - so have decided to aim for around 10 stone or 10 stone 3-4 ish by 16 July. Its my birthday this weekend so I plan to start Monday - but to complicate matters I live partly in the USA - land of HUGE temptation!!! Wish me luck guys! i am pretty determined this time to lose around 1-2 lb each week
