northernmusician's Journal, 24 Apr 16

Okay. First, I want to thank Jimmiepop for saying he was only 4 pounds behind me yesterday. He's motivated. I'm letting that push me. Cleaned up my act. I'm going to kill this diet thing... again.

It's hard dieting down. I love lifting. I hate having to go to lower volumes to compensate for lower recuperative levels. :( I want to get back to grinding it out hard. If I stick to it to get slightly below 8% I can get it back. I'll use the target to keep me on track, then we try out the leangains type of deal. Who knows if that works. Photos when I get it off, so encourage me. :)

I'm learning as I go, it helps to have support, but the one person besides myself that I'm really doing it for is too little to fully understand. Thanks for the kind words, man, I really appreciate it!

Enjoying the champagne while I can, Jimmie. It was just water. Pretty cheap champagne.

@jone Please check out the forums at hcgdietinfo.com. Very knowledge folk on this. Mind your electrolytes. That can cause the palpitations.

NM. Do not forget that at the end of a cut, when you increase calories again and up your weight/volume in training, you bounce back extremely fast. Just look at my weigh-in for today. ;)

Waiting for the pics!!!!

Only too aware, Chad. I imagine it will be about a 3 pound bounce, but, as you're finding, I will still be lean. Most of that gain should be weight gain through muscle saturation. I'm not concerned about glycogen or water weight if I'm still sitting at the bf % I'm looking for.
