Just more calories an carbs, Carmen. Generally, I know what to expect now given what I've eaten the day before as far as macros (protein, carbs, fats) are concerned.

That's funny, you two. Yes, it was a lot of food and not necessarily perfect choices (from a diet perspective lol). Turbo tonight. Teach until 8 and then lift for two hours. Fun!

Looks like you had quite a delicious day. If you're going to refeed you might as well do it right, well done! You know the drill, mostly glycogen/water.

@Bruce You know sometimes I can't stand it. You ate gobs of food and only gained 2 pounds. I gain 2 pounds after eating two measly cinnamon sugar graham crackers. It is just not fair! *Foot stomp*
