A couple of weeks ago I would have been disappointed not to show a loss this morning, but since signing up to TrendWeight.com and weighing myself every day, I see my weight fluctuating up and down, seemingly randomly (a couple of days ago I was two pound lighter than I am this morning). According to TrendWeight.com I am down 1.2 lbs over the week and the trend is still forecast to go down. I was gratified to find I could notch my belt up another hole this morning (the last one, so I had better punch some more).
94.3 kg Lost so far: 34.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

ooo I just asked you about this on another post - I'm glad you're finding it useful, it's been a sanity saver for me and certainly helps me understand my body (I'm up 3lbs on the start of the week as of this morning - trendweight tells me it's simply water weight meh!)

Another plus point this morning. I had to move the strap on my Fitbit to a smaller setting.

Just love your attitude Jocko. I would have been really disappointed and would have give up on myself. Your enthusiasm and comments in FS keep me going on a daily basis at the moment. Thanks for that. Hope the weather is good up North its been cold and rainy today . All the best for now

Well that ended that ... my scale isn't WiFi. It does tell me about my water weight, etc, though.

Do you have a Fitbit? WiFi scales are not a requirement. I just manually input my weight into my Fitbit account and TrendWeight gets it from there. In fact, you can set up a Fitbit account without having a Fitbit. I did that a few days before my Fitbit arrived.

Yes, Jocko, I do have a FitBit. I actually have it connected to FatSecret now. I don't get a lot of exercise everyday but it does seem to keep up with it.

Thanks Jocko. I don't have a FitBit but I was able to create an account without it and I entered all my figures manually. Then I went over to Trendweight and linked my FitBit account into it. Worked perfectly! Very interesting website and made me feel better about the times that I've stalled in my weight loss.
