Dang. That's frustrating cutting calories and just watching the scale tell me the same thing day after day. Oh well. I know how the body plays this game. I can out-wait it.

my weight has stayed the same since November. The body shaping and the inches continue to fall as evidence I wore those size 16 jeans this week. Keep going. btw...you got this!!
