Pleased with this result. Since Sunday my weight has bobbled up and down by a pound. Now I am using TrendWeight I weigh myself every day but I will only record Friday's value here, as I have been doing since I started. I will be interested to see how next week's weight goes. I have been walking a lot more this week. I drop my wife at her work for 07:30 and before going back to the house I go for a brisk 20 - 30 minute walk. I intend to do this at least every week day.

Penlan. TrendWeight is showing me at 210.2 lbs, trending down and reaching target weight in June. Before Christmas will do me. The more I lose the better I feel. I am so full of energy, but I think the LCHF has a lot to do with that.

That's a good one! I found that the smaller I've gotten, the more I wanted to move about. Maybe the extra energy! In any case, congrats on the nice drop!

Thanks. I just ordered myself a new outside waterproof/wind-proof jacket. Down from an XXL to an L. Pleased to bits with that.
