Que sera sera! Intend to seriously limit wine this week. Oh, and if you're drinking lots of water, do be sure you're not flushing away your electrolytes. I drink lots of water too, and ensure I regularly take a solgar or lamberts multivit/mineral combo. Candy x

At least you are aware of where your extra calories are coming from. I am exactly the same. If I don't drink I can get to target weight easily. As soon as I partake again it all starts creeping up. Oh well...............

Alcohol free lol, hmm Cabernet Sauvignon for me with a salad this summer. After all you do have to make sacrifices somewhere.
