Yesterday was Resurrection Sunday. We got up and went to Sunrise Service at 6:30. We didn't eat before we left the house so we were pretty hungry after we got out. We went to Golden Corral for the Breakfast Buffet. As you can guess, I over did it. It all started with the largest and thickest omelet I have ever eaten. I added lots of bacon and two sausage patties. My biggest downfall was that thick slice of French Toast made with Texas loaf bread. Don't discount that *some* of the weight may be water weight though. I know that when you're not in control of ingredients or prep methods, the sodium can be off the charts! For me, sodium will show up on the scale much faster than food indescretions. Hoping this is true for you as well...because the water is a lot easier to get rid of.

Well, at least you enjoyed some great food. Make up for it later!

I leave the house most mornings way before 7 and I wouldn't dream to go anywhere without breakfast. Lesson learnt?! Moving on :)
