... Day 30 of 30 ...

Now what? I have decided that I will increase my caloric intake here by 200. On FitBit, I'm changing my goal to medium weight loss down from heavy training. I plan to continue resistance training and will maintain my step goal as they are currently. I will continue to avoid starchy foods. I pray all goes well. If not, I know what to do...
