32 hour fast is over. Broke it with Cold oats, Bulletproof coffee (quad shot of espresso), and a pineapple wedge. Yum.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Augh! I've been logging today's calories on my fast day log. :( Not changing it. Monday will have no calories. Hope I remember to change to Tuesday tomorrow.

NM If you go into today and start adding food to breakfast, everything you've posted to Sunday should be at the top of the list. Just click everything and add. Then delete entries for Sunday. I've done that myself a couple times. It's a quick fix.

Thanks everyone. I'll give that a try. @Bill. I imagine it will jump some tomorrow. I'll be cutting back a bit on non-lift days as well as at least 2 half fasts per week.

Good job, there! I really enjoy this kind of sporadic fasting. Rarely have breakfast. It pays off. I tried pushing my knee today, but I'm still maybe months off. Keep doing so well!

Thanks everyone. And to Vickie and suzy, thanks for the heads up on moving calories between days. Of course I've only been here for what, 3 years? How would I know that?

LOL Northern. You just haven't made enough log mistakes ;-) Do it enough times and you start looking for an efficient way to fix it. Also, I like to play with my food. BTW, another amazing drop!
