Had a good focused week and have now lost the extra weight I gained and some more, so this weeks focus is to maintain. I must admit that I like to see the scales drop, so I need to be strong and make sure I don't go too low. I am happy with my size and how clothes fit, so I plan to try still fasting twice a week, but increasing my calories on fast day to 600 calories, and if that doesn't work, then I will try 700 calories. The next step if I still lose is to try a 6:1 version, I do enjoy the fast days though, I feel cleansed afterwards. I don't have any particular events this week, so should be able to see how a normal week pans out.
62.0 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Well done, that's super! I like the way you are thinking about maintenance too. Thanks for sharing. Actually, you're at about the weight I want to be, and I can't wait to get there!

Well done. maintenance is most important. Back it the 90's I got to target weight, kept it off for a year, the got complacent and let go of the rope. I feel it is vital that you weigh yourself regularly, to make sure the maintenance programme is working.

I confess that I am a daily weigher, it's what works for me. I am having a strange week weight wise, swinging high and low, so will be interesting to see what Monday brings for weigh in day. I have had some serious stress this week and wonder if I retain water when stressed, I guess I will find out. I have done that too Jocko, but I lost the weight with WW and I think their maintenance is designed for repeat custom, I may be being a touch cynical there lol. You will be there soon Heidi I am sure ... just ban the visitors 😂

Ha ha, may be getting another visitor in a couple of weeks! I agree, anything connected with the slimming industry is going to be about repeat custom, but sadly they don't have to work very hard to get it, as we are often our own worst enemies. Determined not to gain it back again, at least not till I'm over 80, lol! Went to a barn dance last night, and it was so nice to have the energy to get up and dance like crazy 😁
