Weigh in a day early as I am off on a road trip, to Wales and then Yorkshire, until Wednesday and so do not expect to be at my computer much over the next few days. I shall endeavour to stick to my plan, but as everyone knows, with all the best will in the world eating out can be tricky, and staying with family can be trickier still. Exercise will be in the form of sight seeing and I shall have my fitbit with me, indeed I think it has now become welded to my body!! So as my lower limit is 6000 and my personal challenge is to reach 10000 anything between these two I shall count as having done my exercise.

57 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
