JockoT's Journal, 19 Feb 16

Given that my average intake this past week has been 2100 with two spikes of over 3000 included in that, that we have done no dancing or indeed exercise of any sort (due to my man flu), then staying the same is a huge bonus.
99.8 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi JokoT well done for staying the same weight even though you've gone over your RDI a few times sticking to the calorie count makes it all worth while Doesn't It!...... When I'm not well I always want to stuff my face silly I think they call it comfort eating, I've not been ill for ages though(touch wood)but my neighbour's off with man flu too so I told him to keep away, it seems to be rife here at the moment. Stick at the diet and you'll soon be at your target weight!.... Roll on Summer when we can all get out and about I feel so unfit, fat and lazy in the winter..... I miss my bike rides, Evening Walks and doing my garden, I'm much fitter when the sun shines... T.T.F.N. Maggy May

Even feeling lousy I have been giving my bike a look over every time the car goes in and out of the garage. I cannot wait to get back on it, now I have lost so much weight, All we need now is a bit better weather. At the moment it is a bit of a gale with rain battering off the window!
