Singingsnail's Journal, 19 Feb 16

I've had a couple of weeks where I tried an experiment changing my entire diet. I added more carbs, I fried more food, I gave up caffeine and dairy. I also stopped sweeteners and low fat foods. It has been an interesting couple of weeks. My body has responded really well to it. I have had no food cravings at all, and I have lost weight. I ate only things I wouldn't normally eat, and now have a lot more foods I'll happily add to my normal diet. This two weeks has been an education to me, and a very valuable one at that.

Hey there. Sounds like a very positive change. Well done. Also, great idea to drop low fat products. They're usually packed with either lots of sugar of salt to compensate for the lack of flavour that fat was responsible for. Good choice all the way. Also eating more or adequately to your expenditure is very important. As long as you have a calorific deficit you should be losing weight. Good luck :)
