Still on target to complete my 16 hours of exercise for this month so will do my last hour tomorrow or Sunday. Two of those were on the treadmill trying intermittent speeds and sweating alot, but will perhaps see those benefits after a month or so. My aim right now is to reduce my waist measurement again - went up by a whole 4 centimetres over Christmas so will measure again on Monday morning. Think I need to burn some more calories besides the toning and weights I've been concentrating on.
68 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
