I did well during the day yesterday. Last night I raided the nuts jar. I have a slight loss this morning but could have done better. However, I'll take a slight loss over a slight gain any day. Have a good one folks!
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know that feeling night time eating is my weakness. Gd thing about new day's is that u get to try again the next day Keep up the gd work
