Not a bad week. Been quite busy on the exercise front thanks to Kelly and the fitbit challenges :)
Planning on more yoga this week as it's time to get the toning sorted, and yoga stretches are great for that and meditation.
57 kg Lost so far: 11 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
