This week has been another good one, I had a meal out and the restaurant was very accommodating, not sure they want me back too soon haha, but they were great in meeting my needs. some of my plans this week went awry, but still got some exercise in. this week is a biggie for me, I start back at work on Wednesday after over a month of leisure, I needed the rest, but boy am I having to tighten my belt.

I hope to have another small loss next week.
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done, and good luck for this week. I think most people's find the routine of work helps to keep them on track food-wise, and it may mean extra walking opportunities can be created?

Yes definitely more walking, I work in care and take the clients out in their wheelchairs, so walking and pushing uphill too. I do a lot of dancing with one of my clients, Blondie and ABBA are her favourites, so quite up beat. Hopefully working will help to tone me up a bit.
