I set a target of 1kg and I thought that was optimistic and I didn't want to stand on the scales today. I am really happy with that, I like to see the work paying off. The food has been good this week and I haven't been feeling hungry, so I may well stick with this for a while.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
