Just finish a 24 hour fast with consuming only 479 calories in that period. Little peckish last night but indulged in a lemon slim tea. Proceeded by watching a favorite TV show I taped. That feeling went away. Not hungry this am. Will go to lunch time to see how I feel. But will have a coffee at a little cafe in the mean time.

How on earth do you do more than one fast day at a time Krissy, I need to have 2 normal days between or I am like a prowling tiger looking for prey haha. Good luck with today :-)
