Not bad after my first fasting day. I really am looking at it as a change up to my routine: tricking my body. I feel if you keep everything the same day after day your body gets use to it and you don't lose any weight. Had no problems with the 500 calorie day, just drank loads of water and other fluids including my slim tea.
