Yeah me! Changed my food a little but still kept under 1000 healthy calories. Eating healthy greens and good proteins which seems to do the trick. I'm full after every meal. Only pangs I get is when I walk by the Christmas food stalls or people having a beer or wine along the sidewalks. I find myself giving a quick side look and move on. I just opt for coffee with milk (no sugar) that's my only treat. As I am completely sugar busted! Very focused and positive especially after today's results. Lost 4 kg since on this program, the 9th of December. Would like to reach my goal before Christmas. See how the holidays ride, adjust my diet and weight then off to Florida for 4 months. With Wholefoods being very near where I will be staying so it will be easy to shop daily and continue with extremely healthy self. My BMI and weight all seem to be within reason of my age. I have weighed less in my life before but never ever ever felt or eaten this healthy. Always was on a program, pills or powders. Blood pressure remains normal (been medication free for two weeks now). It just feels good to write it all down.
