Holy crap. And this week was so hard, too. I wanted to cheat for the last 2 days. My willpower is strong, fortunately.
The change I made this week was to reincorporate beans into my diet. They are important to Slow Carb, and I had been reducing the amount I eat until I was basically eating none. Not intentionally, it just happened. Obviously, it's important!
Today is my DD's birthday party! ♡

Edited to add: 270 also marks a 10% loss! My first milestone!
122.5 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 49.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
