Not worried about it. Travel yesterday involved stopping at a restaurant to eat. Augh! Well, you try and get something healthy and what happens?



Only one little incident caused by black ice that I saw while traveling. People can be foolish when it comes to over driving conditions. I hope they made it out okay.

Wowsers. Just took my first ever dose of a pre-workout formula. 10 minutes to workout; 20 minutes after ingestion. Jittery.

PWO can hit you like a train if you're not used to it. If you're "itchy", it is the Beta-Alanine (lactic acid buffer)....do you have anything for during workouts?..if not, would highly recommend eXtend by SciVation, Amino Acids and Electrolytes.

Thanks, John. I'll look into that. As I said, it was the first time with anything like this. I usually drink quad shots of espresso, but this really hit me.
