No progress the past few weeks, though lots of people have noticed my weight loss. Motivationally, I'm quite mixed. I'm pleased others are noticing, but I know I've plateaued.
Time to be stricter on myself, I think. I must've introduced fruit and nuts too soon. I've also been doing more exercise, working up to three runs per week. I'm pleased about that - I've even noticed an improvement in my times!
73 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are likely right about the fruit and nuts...if you're gonna drop back to Induction to get things moving again, then take the time to review HOW to proceed thru OWL. If you were adding things back SLOWLY and tracking the added 5g's per item, you would know exactly what was causing the issues. Approach OWL with the same diligence as Induction...and the 1st 20 lbs !!!! GREAT JOB! Glad somebody's noticing :)

I found that when I increased my running, the scale slowed. I got a lot smaller but my weight did not decrease very much at all. It is best to use other measures of success - feeling great; good pace; losing inches - when the scale slows and realize that it will all come off if you keep working the program.
