No progress the past few weeks, though lots of people have noticed my weight loss. Motivationally, I'm quite mixed. I'm pleased others are noticing, but I know I've plateaued. Time to be stricter on myself, I think. I must've introduced fruit and nuts too soon. I've also been doing more exercise, working up to three runs per week. I'm pleased about that - I've even noticed an improvement in my times!
