Blech. Was hoping to have it back down by the weigh-in, but oh well. That's what I get for eating crap for a week! But back on track now. And I did run my fastest mile last night! So there's that.
91.2 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

Thanks!! And I know it's not muscle... chocolate and beer aren't great muscle builders! XD But I do always feel refreshed and much stronger after a week of eating a bit too much. Ready to get back down to work!
