I had the munches late last night something terrible...
70.5 kg Lost so far: 13.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Munchies at night is a daily occurance for me.

this has been happening to me a lot lately ... meh.. shrug it off and move on and just pick up where you left off..

Last night it was Trail mix, Almond cookies and Symphony chocolate candy bar...

It happens. I could resist the trail mix and possibly the cookies, but the candy bar would have weakened my resolve. Craving chocolate.

Yep, that happens! But not so much if I go to bed at a reasonable time. As someone said, tomorrow is a new day!
